Close, but not identical. These are natural stones, so colour and banding vary piece to piece. That variation is the point — no two collars are the same.

Our collars are sized by bead count rather than a fixed measurement. Small is 22 beads (34.5cm total length) and Medium is 26 beads (40cm total length), both with a 1.5cm band width and a 4cm buckle allowance. Measure snugly around your dog's neck and add two fingers' width. Between sizes? Go up.

Kindred comes in one size — 18cm strung, which fits most wrists between 15 and 17.5cm. Wrap a tape measure around your wrist just below the bone to check.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store away from direct sunlight. Avoid submerging in water or using harsh chemicals, which dull both the stones and the hardware.

Collars are not chew toys. Remove before crating or unsupervised play, and check the fit regularly as your dog's weight changes.

Roll it on and off rather than stretching it over your hand — that's what wears the cord. Keep it away from perfume, sunscreen and chlorine. Stretch cord is a wear item and will eventually give; if yours does, email us and we'll restring it.

Roll a thin layer onto clean, dry paw pads or the bridge of the nose and let it absorb for a minute. Daily through summer, after the beach or a long walk, or whenever the pads feel rough.

A loose herbal blend you brew like tea, cool, and pour over food or into the bowl. It's for the ones who ignore a full water bowl all day and then drink from a puddle. Three blends, one for each collection.

Add a teaspoon to the infuser included in the tin. Steep in hot — not boiling — water for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the infuser, let it cool completely, and serve on its own or over meals.

No. Always cool it to a pet-appropriate temperature before serving, every time.

Start small — a splash over food for a cat or small dog, up to half a bowl for a larger dog. Build up gradually rather than switching all at once.

Keep it covered in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Discard anything left in the bowl at the end of the day.

Yes, Nourish is made for dogs and cats. Cats are usually the harder sell and usually the ones who need it most.

Introduce gradually. Nourish is a complement to fresh water, not a substitute for it — always keep a clean bowl of water available. Discontinue if there's any reaction, and check with your vet first if your pet is pregnant, on medication, or unwell.
