At Zoomies Paw Club, we want you and your soul dog to love your collar. Each collar is thoughtfully made and quality-checked before it leaves us.

90-Day Defect Warranty

All Zoomies crystal collars are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues relating to the clasp, hardware, or stone setting.

If you believe your collar has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order at zoomiespawclub@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the collar so we can assess the problem.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution.

What Isn't Covered

The 90-day warranty does not cover damage caused by chewing, exposure to water, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Because our collars are designed as beautiful accessories for your pet, please supervise your dog while wearing the collar and remove it if they begin chewing or damaging it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your collar arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at zoomiespawclub@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
